Our CNC machine can accommodate material sheet sizes up to 12’ x 5’ (3680m x 1525mm) and up to 100mm thick.
Mass Production Runs
From first concepts to finished products we work with you every step of the way. Whether you need a large amount of interior / exterior panneling, signage, display stands or advertising boards we have the facility to accommodate.
Our Biesse CNC allows us to work in pendulum mode - this means we can load and run the machine one and while in complete safety load the other end so the machine is constantly running.
Signage
We produce bespoke custom made wooden signs for internal and external use.

Panneling
Bespoke timber panelling made from a variety of materials including: Accoya, hardwood, MDF and plastic-based products. From contemporary and modern panels to traditional Victorian, Georgian and Jacobean panels, Cutting Edge can produce high quality machined panelling for your project at a fair price.
